Story of Prophet Ismail as

ISMAIL was the son of Prophet Ibrahim's wife named Hagar, a slave who was awarded the king of Egypt to the Prophet Ibrahim, and later married. Ismail including children pious, honest and obedient. All the commands of Allah. and parental compliance. While still a baby, Ishmael and his mother live in the desert of Mecca. In the barren valley, after a long hold thirst, Ismail finally drank Zamzam water. When Ishmael was a teenager, Abraham received the command of Allah. through his dream asking him to slaughter Ismail. Ismail was willing and asked her father to do that. Ishmael sent by Allah. to the country of Yemen and the Amalekites to summon his people to worship and obey Allah. At 13 years old Ishmael was circumcised, which is when God commanded Abraham to circumcise himself and his son. His name is mentioned in the Qur'an 11 times in some verses.

VALLEY barren Mecca

After Hagar gave birth to Ishmael, Sarah latter are less happy to see both. Then, Ismail, who was an infant and his mother brought Ibrahim moved to Mecca. Ishmael and Hagar left in the barren valley. As for Ibrahim back to where Sarah was, in Canaan. From distant places that Abraham prayed for his son,
"Our Lord, indeed I have put some of my offspring in a valley of no bertetumbuhan, near your house is sacred (respected). Our Lord so that they will uphold the prayer, then make the hearts of men were sympathetic to them, and give provision of fruit that they are grateful "(Q.14.37). If today people flock to visit Mecca on pilgrimage, it is because Allah granted the prayer of Abraham.

ZamZam

When Ishmael and Hagar lived in the barren valley of Mecca, over time their water supplies depleted. Her mother to find water for thirsty and stop crying Ismail. He was back and forth from Safa and Marwah. His efforts in vain. But on his grace, suddenly there came an angel who points a spring. The spring water was abundant everywhere. Angel scream "Zamzam, Zamzam!" which means "assembled." Finally, the spring was named Zamzam.

HEAR GOD ALMIGHTY

Sarah, wife of Abraham, yet also given the offspring until old age. Finally, he invited Abraham married Hagar, his slave, who later freed. Through Hagar is born a baby boy named Ishmael. In Hebrew, Isma it means to hear, and El that Allah (God). So Isma-El means 'God hears', because it hears Abraham to have offspring. "Praise be to God who gave to me in old age, Ishmael and Isaac. Verily my Lord is Oft-Hearing (grant) prayer" (Q.14: 39).

BANI Jurhum

As the man began to mature, Ismail wanted a family. He married a girl from Bani Jurhum. Shortly after the wedding, Hajar died. Ismail was sad. And one day, the Prophet Ibrahim came back to Mecca, and his arrival was greeted by the wife of Ismail irreverent. Therefore misbehave, then the Prophet Ibrahim Ismail advised to divorce his wife. The advice was followed. Then Ismail, married again, also with a girl of Bani Jurhum. From the second marriage, the descendants of Ishmael is blessed with many. Of it was later born offspring of the Prophet Muhammad.

Sacrifice

By the time Ismail was a teenager, Abraham get the command of Allah. through his dreams. He was ordered to Allah. to slaughter Ismail. Ismail was willing to be sacrificial. Finally, orders the slaughter was carried out on a hill in Mina. However, permission of Allah., When about to be slaughtered, Ismail was replaced with a momentous sacrifice (Q.37 :102-107).
